What experience level do I need to ride with you?

We offer experiences for a wide range of riders. Some adventures are designed for confident, experienced riders, while others are perfect for beginners or children. Each ride clearly lists the recommended skill level so we can match you with the right horse and ensure the best experience for everyone.

How do I book an adventure or ride?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired adventure and choosing an available date. If you’re not sure which experience is right for you, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.

What should I wear for a horseback riding experience?

We recommend long pants, closed-toe shoes with a small heel, and comfortable layers appropriate for the weather. Helmets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Can I ride if I haven’t been on a horse in a long time?

Absolutely. Many of our riders are returning to horseback riding after years away. We take a thoughtful, patient approach and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because our experiences involve horses, staff, and carefully planned logistics, we require advance notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future ride, depending on the experience. Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable.
