Meet the Horses
Each horse at Second Chance Ranch has their own personality, quirks, and way of making people feel at home in the saddle. Some are calm and steady, some are playful and curious, and all of them are experienced, well cared for, and loved deeply.
These aren’t dull, nose-to-tail rental horses. Our horses are experienced performance mounts; responsive, athletic, and engaged. They’re trained to ride with intention, not just follow the horse in front of them.

We regularly ride in and around Santa Clarita, Placerita Canyon, Vasquez Rocks, and select coastal and mountain areas across Southern California. Locations vary by experience, season, and conditions to ensure the best possible ride every time.
